At The Onion Store, we want you to love every layer of your outfit, but if a piece isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Ensure all items are unworn and retain their original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
